For latecomers, EVGR’s front desk is open until 8:00pm on Monday, August 8th. If you will arrive after 8:00 pm, please let us know so we can arrange for someone to meet you at the front desk. If you are arriving before Monday, August 8th and you have not notified Wendy, please do so right away.

DEPARTURE
We will need to check out Friday morning before our first lecture. There will be a secure place to store your luggage.

YOUR STUDIO APARTMENT
We have reserved housing at EVGR B on the Stanford campus. Each participant will have a private studio apartment. You can see photos and layouts here.

When you arrive, the bed will be made and you will have fresh towels, soap, and shampoo. There will be no housekeeping service during our stay, but you will be able to request fresh linens.

EVGR B has gyms and wellness rooms, as well as laundry facilities. There is also the EVGR Marketplace where you can buy snacks or any toiletries you forget to pack.

VENTILATION
EVGR B was designed and built for enhanced indoor air quality. Each apartment has an air supply vent in the bedroom area and air exhaust vents in the kitchen and bathroom. These vents, powered by industrial fans on the roof, provide non-stop air circulation. For additional information, click here for the EVGR Ventilation Fact Sheet.

COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS
Stanford Housing will only accommodate individuals who are fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus.

Before checking into EVGR housing, we will need to verify two things:

  1. your vaccination status; and

  2. that you have tested negative for COVID-19 within the previous 24 hours.

Please come prepared to show:

  1. Proof of vaccination
This can be on paper or in digital form. We will not collect or store this information. We simply need to see it before you can check into campus housing.

  2. Proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within the previous 24 hours
This can be on paper or in digital form (a photo of your test strip will suffice). If you haven’t tested in the previous 24 hours, we will supply you with a rapid COVID test you can take before checking in.
