TRAVEL INFO
You are responsible for your travel to and from the Bay Area. San Francisco (SFO) and San Jose (SJC) are the closest airports to the Stanford campus in Palo Alto.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
As soon as we have them, we will provide you with Uber codes to cover the cost of rides between campus and the three regional airports (SFO, SJC, and OAK). If you do not already have the Uber app on your phone, we recommend you download and install it.

Updated: The code should be coming directly from Uber (not Lyft) and we will also send them to you via email and include them in your welcome packet.

Check in: Monday, August 8th, from 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Check out: Friday, August 12th, before our first lecture

We will need to check out Friday morning before our first lecture. There will be a secure place to store your luggage in EVGR B.

START & END TIMES
Please plan to arrive in time for an official welcome on Monday, August 8th at 4:30 pm and stay through the closing ceremony on Friday, August 12th at 12:30 pm.

COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS
Stanford Housing will only accommodate individuals who are fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus.

Before checking into EVGR housing, we will need to verify two things:

  1. your vaccination status; and

  2. that you have tested negative for COVID-19 within the previous 24 hours.

COST/ TUITION
The Indigenous Student Seminar is FREE to all accepted applicants. Program fees, food and lodging will be covered for participants accepted into the program. Travel expenses and other incidentals are not included.
